We are excited to see your creation!
The deadline for entries is July 31, 2024. The quilt doesn’t have to be done, just a picture of the unquilted top is good for now, or even a drawing or a picture of the pattern. We are checking to make sure the categories are correct first. Later we will need a picture of your finished top in your fabrics so we can plan the layout of the show. Drop off day for the final quilts is October 13; it is best to plan to have it done by September 30.

You can register your quilt by completing the form below and attaching a picture, or you can print the form, 2024 Judged QS Entry, and following the mailing/drop off instructions for submission.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- You must be a PSQG member in good standing at the time of entry.
- Limit of 3 quilts per guild member, of which, 2 may be judged quilt entries. (Quilts for judging should not have been judged in any previous PSQG show.)
- Each PSQG member may exhibit one bee and/or challenge quilt in addition to the above three.
- Include one color photo that shows the entire quilt top. Indicate the top of quilt on the photo.
- A fully attached 4” hanging sleeve is required.
- Securely attach a label with member’s name and phone # to the lower left corner of the quilt back (as you are looking at the back.)
