Vendor Booth Information

Vendor booths are located around the perimeter of the exhibit hall. Show quilts, along with our guild’s special events, are displayed in the center aisles. The large facility will comfortably accommodate you, with some additional storage space at the back of the some booths. The rental fee covers both days of the show.

There are three booth sizes:

Double Booth -Approximately 10 feet deep x 19 feet wide. $450

Booth includes four 8 foot x 30 inch tables, two chairs, electricity, poles and 10 foot drapes along the rear and on each side of the space. Includes the area behind your booth to the wall for additional storage space (approximately 4’ x 9.5’)

NOTE: As of 1/27/2026 our double booths are all reserved. Please do not select this option without PSQG Quilt Show Approval.

Single Booth - Approximately 10 feet deep x 9 1/2 feet wide. $225
Booth includes two 8 foot x 30 inch tables, two chairs, electricity, poles and 10 foot drapes along the rear and on each side of the space. Includes the area behind your booth to the wall for additional storage space (approximately 4’ x 9.5’)

Mini Booth - Approximately 9 feet wide x 7 feet deep. $200

Booth includes one 8 foot x 30 inch table, two chairs, electricity and drapes. Under your table is the only storage spot.

Quilt Show Application/Agreement

By completing this application/agreement and returning this form, you agree without any reservations to adhere to the following rules of the Prairie Star Quilters Guild’s Quilt 2026 show.

Deposits and payments are nonrefundable.

BY CHECK - Payments via check should be made out to “PSQG”.

Vendor must set up between the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 15th. The vendor will be 100% ready to vend by 9:00 a.m. Friday, October 16th, when the show opens. Any packing materials shall be removed from the booth area and hidden in the storage area behind the booth or under the tables. There will be no trash, packing materials, or storage containers visible at any time during the show. Booths will remain open until the close of the quilt show. Vendors must complete takedown no later than 7:00pm on Saturday. We do ask that all items attached to the Pipe & Drapes be removed by 5:00pm as the crew will begin takedown.

SHOW HOURS:

Friday, October 16th, 2026: 9 am-5 pm

Saturday, October 17th, 2026: 9 am-4 pm.

No meal service is provided, but there will be a Quilter’s Café with a limited selection available. Vendor has the sole responsibility for collecting and paying Illinois State Tax. An updated tax rate will be provided closer to the show date. Bring your own Wi-Fi hotspot for the best Internet service. Vendor is responsible for cleaning up any trash from their booth at the end of the quilt show.
