By completing this application/agreement and returning this form, you agree without any reservations to adhere to the following rules of the Prairie Star Quilters Guild’s Quilt 2024 show.
Deposits and payments are nonrefundable.
A deposit of $100 is due by February 1, 2024, to guarantee a booth location. You may pay in full at any time.
Your final payment of $300 for the Double Booth or $100 for the Single Booth is due by June 1, 2024.

3. Vendor must set up between the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 17. The vendor will be 100% ready to vend by 9:00 a.m. Friday, October 18, when the show opens.
Any packing materials shall be removed from the booth area and hidden in the storage area behind the booth or under the tables. There will be no trash, packing materials, or storage containers visible at any time during the show. Booths will remain open until the close of the quilt show. Vendors must complete takedown by 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 19, 2024.
SHOW HOURS:
Friday, October 18, 2024: 9 am-5 pm
Saturday, October 19, 2024: 9 am-4 pm
4. No meal service is provided, but there will be a Quilter’s Café with a limited selection available.
5. Vendor has the sole responsibility for collecting and paying Illinois State Tax. An updated tax rate will be provided closer to the show date.
6. Bring your own Wi-Fi hotspot for the best Internet service.
7. Vendor is responsible for cleaning up any trash from their booth at the end of the quilt show.
