The Prairie Star Quilters Guild’s membership year is from June 1 through May 31.
The completed Membership form and dues must be received by May 31, in order for a member to continue being in good standing.
We strongly encourage members to complete the area of the form asking about Guild participation. Being an active member in PSQG includes participation in at least one of the following: (1) assisting with one charity quilt, (2) signing up to bring refreshments to at least one monthly Chapter meeting, (3) supporting the biennial quilt show by volunteering time, sale of opportunity quilt tickets, contributing to the boutique and show giveaways, etc., and (4) any other opportunities offered by the guild.

Dues and Fees Information
Annual membership dues are $35. The dues allow members admission to ALL regularly scheduled guild meetings each month and priority for workshop registration. Membership also includes (1) receipt of electronic monthly (except for December) newsletters, (2) special notices and information about guild events, (3) membership directory twice a year, and most importantly, (4) friendships and fun all year long. There are additional charges for workshops, Banquet, retreats, etc.
Membership dues shall be reduced to $20 as of the January meeting for the remainder of that membership year.
An additional fee of $15 is required if you would like your newsletter mailed to you via U.S. Postal Mail.
We welcome guests to attend any of our Chapter meetings for a nominal fee of $10. This may be higher for National Speakers if approved by the board. The guest fee will be applied to your membership fee, if you join PSQG by the end of the meeting.
